Three words people use interchangeably (and shouldn't)
Wicca is a religion — a modern faith with deities, holy days, and ethics. Witchcraft is a practice — the doing of spellwork, which a Wiccan may do but so may anyone. Sorcery, the way I use it, is the engineering discipline underneath: intent, symbol, repetition, result.
You do not have to adopt a religion to practice the craft. You only have to be honest, specific, and willing to return to the work. Start there.
