Digital goods are final
Because each working is delivered instantly as a downloadable file, all sales are final and non-refundable once the file has been delivered. This is standard for digital products, and the nature of each working is made clear before purchase.
If something goes wrong
If you were charged but did not receive your working, or the file is damaged or won't open, contact us and we will re-send it or issue a refund. We stand behind delivery, not outcomes.
The Coven (membership)
You may cancel your Coven membership at any time, effective at the end of your current billing month. We do not offer partial-month refunds.
